Site title does not display in RSS feed

I cloned your files, started a new site, and discovered that the RSS feed is missing its title:

The screenshot displays the original demo site; it contains the same error as with the site that I created.

I even added the RSS feed to a newsreader (Inoreader) and both my site and the demo site produced empty titles.

I guess a workaround is to write a static name into the <title> field of _config.yml.
