Describe the bug
The bookmarks button has a border around it when toggled in high contrast mode.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Enable high contrast mode
- Bookmark a chord
Expected behavior
The button should stay flat and have its state indicated by the icon.
