Wrong file paths in bug reporting instructions

Steps to reproduce

Click on "Bug report" on github's "speechd".

Obtained behavior

I read
"* Set LogLevel to 5 in your /etc/speech-dispacher/speechd.conf (...)

• Make a copy of the speech-dispacher.log file, (...)
• Set LogLevel back to 3 in your /etc/speech-dispacher/speechd.conf"

Expected behavior

I should read
"* Set LogLevel to 5 in your /etc/speech-dispatcher/speechd.conf (...)

• Make a copy of the speech-dispatcher.log file, (...)
• Set LogLevel back to 3 in your /etc/speech-dispatcher/speechd.conf"

The word "dispatcher" needs a "t", the directory /etc/speech-dispatcher/ doesn't exist, nor the 'speech-dispacher.log' file.
