Ability to whitelist a specific module

In the case of MIT (for example) where attribution is required, it would be great if you could whitelist each module (possibly paired with a license). When a new module is introduced, the coder would be required to:

• Add the new module to the attribute list
• Add it to the list of whitelisted modules

Additionally, if the license changes, it would get flagged if you have a tuple of a module and its license.
