Add Tenant gives error message with MFA

Greetings,
Our Tenant requires MFA. I am unable to add the Tenant, the error message returned is this, see image.
I am able to add a Site Collection.
I do have the SharePoint Admin Role and have no issues with PowerShell or accessing via the browser.
FYI - we are a GCC.

I know GCC has different requirements, that might have to do with this. Can you share the logging as mentioned here Report a bug
