Mushrooms is not being placed automatically. I just tested in LFR MC, and the rotation locks up when it hits shrooms until you click manually on the ground to drop it.

its not setup for Glyph of the Sprouting Mushroom
Remove the glyph and should work fine. I'll add support for the glyph shortly.

I just pushed an update that will make it so mushroom will not be used if you have the glyph. You'll need to place it by hand if it is glyphed, for now.

it should put the mushroom under yourself/tank/focus with the glyph now. Though, the cast at ground code works funky sometimes.
