I understand, this is a stupid question, but where to write this?
tools\DriveCom.exe /drive=E /action=GetInfo

open windows command prompt, input the command

Open your windows command prompt and go to your Psychson folder using cd. eg: "cd C:\Users\Milton\Desktop\Psychon", after that "tools\DriveCom.exe /drive=E /action=GetInfo". Don't forget to compile drivecom.
