Add `Query Filter` tests into our full manual passes

We'll want to add https://fmarier.github.io/brave-testing/query-filter.html into our full manual passes so we can keep an eye on this important feature and ensure it doesn't regress. Looks like the above was broken for ~a year due to a Griffin study that was pushed. If we had the above checks via our passes, we would have noticed the regression a lot sooner.
