Other design decisions to make:
- blank links (let's allow)
- experiment with sibling data tile flow
- let's rigorously explore and define the "." qualifier and how it will work going forward, and how contributions will work
- let's make ~10 forward looking programs that are 5-10 years out, to give provide some synthesized data for design and planning

- Turning each program into a template/method for faceting and grouping
- more work on command line running experience and what the future is there
