RFP: turn a Farcaster profile into a Scroll

Probably use the Fetch User Activity api/method from https://github.com/standard-crypto/farcaster-js#readme

Fetch a users casts and turn them into *.scroll files.

I'm going to close this for now since no takers and it will be a lot easier once the Twitter to Scroll is done.
