Help to add SNMP

Hello there.
I've tried to add the php8.1-snmp extension to use the function snmp2_real_walk, but as I'm not an expert, I was unable to do so. Here is my fork.
Is there any way to contribute to the project, so you guys can add snmp to the list of available extensions?
