travis vs github actions?

Do you have any opinion on travis as a CI vs github actions (or, would you take a PR to convert the CI to use github actions)?

I haven't had a chance to look at the alternatives to travis since they changed, and haven't looked at github actions at all. A quick glance, it looks good. I'll certainly accept a CI for github actions.
