Transitive dependencies and Intfile

In addition to ticket #2 Keiretsu should also read a dependency's Intfile and do so recursively for transitive dependencies (recognising cycles / already started services). Without that, integration testing doesn't work when there are transitive dependencies that are actually used during the tests.
