Please make clear which version of SemVer is implemented/supported

This probably is purely a documentation issue.
I'd like to kindly request that you spell out prominently (in the README.md or so) which version of SemVer this library implements. As of today there are the major versions 1 and 2. Of course I'd assume that this library implements 2, but it would very reassuring to have this confirmed for anyone interested in the library.
At some point in the future SemVer 3 might be released, and you'll likely need some time to migrate this library from 2 to 3. Then it would be good for (potential) users to know beforehand which version is supported.

This library only implements version 2 as far as I am aware. I agree that adding this to the documentation would be a good idea.
