This looks like an interesting project, but it looks like it hasn't been properly licensed.
Obviously you're open sourcing it, but the license you select will influence how other people use, share, and collaborate on this project.
Plover is licensed with a variant of the GPL. You may also consider more permissive licenses such as the MIT license, BSD License, or the Apache 2.0 license.
