Missing License information

Would be great to have a LICENSE file with the license information and some info about the license the web page and the README.

Thanks. The license file is inside voodoo/config, but it should probably be in the main directory.

Well, would ben nice to have it on a more visible place and having some mention with a link on the main page :)
