Hi,
firstly thank you a lot for this great integration!
After the update of the integration today, I saw that the sensor 7 day production shows nearly the same value as the lifetime production (1 KwH differenz) and yes the system runs longer than a week ;-) Thank you!
That is curious indeed. Is it the lifetime value the is too low or the 7 day production which is too high? What type Envoy are you using, standard not metered, metered, or metered but no CT connected/configured?
Is this still an issue?
Hi, Iam sorry that I didn't react earlier I have a standard metered envoy with readers connected to the wires. And yes this is still an issue. The 7 day production shows 1885 KWh and the lifetime shows 1888 KWh. I took this numbers directly from the entities...
Thanks a lot!
Peter

PS: BTW the last seven days power consumption shows something similar to current power consumption L1?!
Can you upload the Envoy diagnostic file to assist in deducting what is going on?
To do so: go to the Envoy device page and click the Download Diagnostics
button. That will download the diagnostic file to your pc. Remove anything you don't want to share (but leave the envoy sections in) and upload it here as attached file. For the Envoy the diagnostics will report all Envoy entities and internal parameters as well as the last collected raw data from the envoy.
This was happening a few times to me too but now it's regularly after 3 days or so ( after i updated to the current version)
I really have no idea of the version i had before the update but then it was once a month or so.
This way the energy dashbaord is useless.
What i noticed is when the Enphase Enlighten site is malfunctioning or unreachable and it comes back online the full lifetime production is set to the sensor/energy dashboard
@Multipage, the integration is forwarding the received values from the Envoy to the entities, no calculation done. So in combination with your observation that it is related to a Enphase site outage one would think it's some Envoy firmware hiccup. Have you tried restarting the envoy device?
Is there anything in the log file or did you run a debug log that caught this when this happened?
Think you mentioned you use the lifetime values in the energy dashboard, just confirming?
