USPS Component Setup using @skalavala's details

@skalavala -- I'm attempting to setup the USPS component using your custom instructions. I'm using the Hassbian installer on my Pi3. Should I still use sudo pip install paho-mqtt or should I install these inside the venv as the homeassistant user?
