on lawnchair-0.6.1 the first adapters in the adapters array is "window-name" which makes it default since it's first one checked when no adapters are specified

This only affects you if you use the Lawnchair.js from Brian's website (the one on github doesn't specify any adapters by default). To change the order preference re-order the adapters in Lawnchair.js so that the window-name one appears BEFORE the dom one in the code.
