New notes not included in embeddings

When I create a new note it does not get added to embeddings, even if try yo update embeddings. If I exit and reload Obsidian, tehn it gets included. I also notice that Smart Connection icons in the left panel are being replicated several times. I don't know what the issue may be, so I am just describing what I am able to see.

When checking developer console after loading Obsidian I can see there are errors related to transformers. I am providing screenshots of the errors to see if that helps identify the problem.

Thanks for the screenshots.

When you create a new note, currently it won't be embedded until next restart of Obsidian unless you run the Refresh & Make Connections command.
