Document which PKIX features are omitted and why

Possible ways of documenting this:

  1. A revision of RFC 5280 with the unimplemented features redlined out. But, this wouldn't be able to explain the rationale for omitting those features. Not sure the best way of going about publishing such an edited copy of the spec., though.
  2. A companion document for readers of RFC 5280 that, section-by-section, explains the rationale for not implementing various features.
