So you just want to add a colored border, not actually resize the image?

it's not just a border, for some images with low resolution then enlarge by this tool it will make the image not naturally. The option to fill with color for some people is more beautiful.

for example: when we enlarge images with 900x600 to 1280x720, adding color to fill the resolution gap is more comfortable for some people eyes, compared to images that 1280x720 with low resolution.

OK, but that's not really resizing the image, the purpose of this utility.
