Accessibility Plugin: Custom CSS

This is a feature request.
It would be very helpful if the plugin allowed CSS to be added to it so that the colour options could be customised. For example, when the Yellow background is selected we have some hover menu's that we need to change to ensure that they conform with accessibility and can still be seen with the new background. If we could add custom css to the rules being applied to the Yellow background button then we could make our theme even more accessible.

I believe this would be a global block setting than a setting added to each block ?
