Feature request: subscribe button in UI

I was very confused that there was no subscribe button in brief. How would you actually use it, if you can't add a feed? It was only after digging through GitHub issues, that I learned about the button in the toolbar. The subscribe button is the first thing I will need when I initially open Brief. It should be in the UI.
