Should deprecated components be removed?

It looks like react-async is deprecated and hasn't been updated in a while either. I think it would make sense to remove it from the list. Any reason not to?

I want to add a "is unmaintained" button on devarchy for that purpose.
Although I'm not sure when I'll have to time to implement this as I'm busy with https://gitlab.com/brillout/reframe
