More streamlined feedback II - hide question entry in the answer listing

Just show non-editable text of the question instead when in feedback mode. When the user gives feedback, bring him back to the main page, with the original question text pre-filled (but pre-selected so that it can be deleted easily).

Ideally, if we could cram things to fit in 768px screen height to have "next question" button visible without scrolling, that'd be awesome.

(Let's not forget to double-check that non-feedback mode still behaves sane.)
