Error installing due to maven repository change from HTTP to HTTPS this year

Hi. Trying to install but an error occurred (see below). Appears to result from the Maven repository's change from HTTP to HTTPS this year (https://blog.sonatype.com/central-repository-moving-to-https). I cannot find the settings file causing the issue to make the change. Would you please assist?
