Figure out what to do with Shuup PR

My gut feeling is that it is significantly out of date and best abanonded.

The important thing in that PR is the Shuup schema, and ensuring it gets created by pelton correctly.

At a minimum

• Rescue the shuup schema sql file
• Add end2end test that feeds schema to pelton and ensure it does not crash
• Manual inspection to ensure it looks correct

Best case scenario:

• Turn shuup schema into an end2end test
• Test ensures that DOG is created correctly
• Test also does some inserts, selects, and GDPR Gets and Forgets with some anonymization, and ensures output is correct
