Final chapter selection

At some point we'll need to pare the book down to just the very best, to make a coherent whole. I haven't thought through exactly what will happen, but if there's enough material that doesn't make the final cut, then it may be prudent to move it to another, less-organized secondary book, which I'm thinking of as "The Rust Anthology Attic".
