Polling timeout defaults to 10 seconds

Hi Bruce,
Our team has found that in deployments when using the apex-class-cleanup, JSForce by default has a timeout interval of a mere 10 seconds! Sometimes this is not an issue, but if you bump the polling timeout higher we shouldn't have intermittent deploy failures.
