Advanced metadata

As an author, I would like to enhance the metadata, and perhaps even the file naming itself so that the output file name is take from the images caption so that the contents of the images would be more obvious to the team assembling the final product.

For example, I have an image and the caption reads "Figure 5.1: PyCharm's git tools can be found in the top toolbar."

The extract script could name the output file something like: figure-5-01-pycharms-git-tools.png.

If we're really doing a good job, the processing script could insert the capture into the final JPEG's metadata as the description.
