Support a --release <name> option to allow deploying different compiled objects, or maybe not, to the same K8s cluster. This would inject a TLA on main that would have the package name prepended with the release name, so we can "enforce" the convention of starting the name of your resources with your KCP name, which could be prepended by the release. Thus, if a user is using this TLA, which corresponds to the package, it would have releases without even knowing it.
