  1. We should explicitly spell out (in a more obvious place) which of the tools need you to go make an account on a website for and which not.

Travis: yes, manually link Github.
ReadTheDocs: yes, manually link Github.

  1. Make sure to add the star to dist/* in the directions for Travis.

  2. Give top-level overview of what each tool (git, travis, read the docs, versioneer, sphinx, etc. are all for).
