When there is a compilation error in the shadow project, it is also visible in
the problems view, which makes it hard for users to find real errors.

The one-time configuration setup is explained in
[CommonWorkarounds#Problems_View_Filter]. Since it may not be possible to fix
this programmatically and there is an easy workaround, changed status to won't
fix.
