Description

Enable per-filament material settings and automation

Requirements

• Facilitate slicer to communicate filament type via an aditional start_code param
  • This is already done for bed_temp heat soak automation, just add one for filament definition
    • Look up Cura filament type vars
• Add objects to klipper macros to handle setting vars for:
  • print_start unretract and print_end retract - This is for TPU mostly.
  • Adjust zHeight on first layer for certain materials. - PETG for example likes to be higher off the bed.
