Horizontal Scrolling for Code Window

The Code Window should also scroll horizontally because there will be scripts with very long lines.

Many scripts have really, really long lines. Horizontal scrolling may cause more harm than good. It will likely mess up the auto-scrolling for rule highlighting, for example. I won't add this for the time being, unless it becomes necessary for some reason.
