Optionally do not remove generated *.tmp files to ease debugging and trace-back

Since a lot is taking place behind the scenes which may not be visible in the output even when -v is specified, it could be very helpful to still have the *.tmp files generated by JCliff to ease debugging and trace-back a change. Would it be possible to either
- introduce a new command line option to request this (e. g. -d for debug or -k for keep)?
- just leave the .tmp files there when -v is specified?
