When clicked on a searcher text in the search box anchor link doesn't scroll, but sticks on the top page

When you search for something specific which, even though the search shows specific link, in most cases we once the link is clicked it leads you to the top of the page instead of specific anchor. However sometimes a page referesh helps. Check the video.
