new release

I can't release this thing, it requires some files in /etc/buda/... @MarcAgate can you make a release please?

ok thanks, can the iiif server use it or are there some incompatibilities? I noticed that it was using 0.9.0

If it can reach the jar somewhere, there's no issue in using v 1.1.0 since it contains only a minor change.
