bda:GR0010 confusion. Replace offices by roles

@MarcAgate noticed that there is no roles repo on GitLab, but bda:GR0010 (defined in adm/types/git_repos.ttl) indicates that there should be.
The problem is that xmltoldmigration, git-to-dbs, and the push to GitLab script on buda2 need to be modified to replace offices by roles.
That would be consistent with the ontologies which define :Role and to which legacy Offices are mapped.

I've updated the abstractworks branch of xmltoldmigration and git-to-dbs to use the repo roles instead of offices. This can be tested the next time someone runs the newmig script on buda2.
Later after abstractworks is merged to master then ~/bin/push-gl can be updated to push roles instead of offices.
