Location Rewards Tab glitches when revisted

The location rewards tab correctly shows just the populated and working dropdowns the first time you tab to the page, but incorrectly shows all the spinners ( which suddenly don't work) the second time you tab over.

Haven't seen this bug reduplicated in a while. Will continue to watch for this unwanted behavior.
