Search form disappear on result page.

Currently search search form is being disappear on result page. it should show search form on top for easy access same like wordpress.org.

Possible need to update search.php template file, or finding where function declared.
Call to undefined function DevHub\wporg_is_handbook()

Not managing to replicate at this point with this version of the theme. Considering closed.
