Remove the Apache example in the Tracking page help

Looks like Apache has updated Jenkins to version 2.190.1 which no longer includes the CCTray XML endpoint (a plugin is now required)
This is annoying as we used that extensively to test, but more importantly we include it as a "try it now" option in the tracking page help file 😢
If anyone knows of good alternatives please let us know!
