IfcReinforcingBarType deprecated attributes or not?

Similar to #877
IFC4.3 docs for IfcReinforcingBar says that some attributes are deprecated and the respective attributes of IfcReinforcingBarType shall be used instead. However, IFC4 documentation for IfcReinforcingBarType says those attributes are deprecated (in the entity's change-log, not in attribute table). See figure below
Same question as the issue above:
- are
NominalDiameter,CrossSectionArea,BarLength,BarSurface,BendingShapeCode,BendingParametersattributes for IfcReinforcingBarType deprecated by IFC4?- if no, then no issue. IFC4 docs has a mistake, but IFC4.3 is correct. I'll close this issue
- if yes, then IFC4 docs has a mistake, but IFC4.3 requires fixes. The issue in this repo stands
