I am trying to use buildkite-agent pipeline upload from a step using the Docker plugin, and I'm getting the following:
Using original buildkite agent from /tmp/tmp.3pPmOv7uYl/buildkite-agent
Signing pipeline steps and uploading pipeline...
/usr/bin/buildkite-agent: line 37: buildkite-signed-pipeline: command not found
It seems that only the buildkite-agent binary is mounted to the container, but buildkite-signed-pipeline it needs is missing.

Sorry, this is a misunderstanding. buildkite-signed-pipeline is a custom component of our Buildkite installation.
