add `expand-workdir-vars` option

I would like to set workdir with env var as commands I run depend on the path.
It seems like it has to be an absolute path at the moment.
And supporting interpolation for workdir flag would be nice so that we can dynamically mount workspace as well as work directory.

hey @kyuhyunc! thanks for the suggestion! we have a PR in progress (#258) that is waiting for some changes from the contributor before is ready to be merged :)
