With Image having `spec.source.subPath`. Changes outside of `subPath` should not trigger a build.

I've currently defined multiple images in the same repository and added subPath to each of them to build from a specific path.

Building works fine, the problem is that if anything in this repository changes, all of the image builds get triggered.

I can look into this. Could someone point me to where Image checks if the repository has changed and a build needs to be re triggered?
