After applying some flags, the fingerprint stopped working

Unchecking them and applying settings did nothing :)

Steps to fix:

Under Windows -> Privacy select "Disable Windows Hello Biometrics"
Make sure it's the only option selected
Press "Revert selected"
Reboot

I'm assuming this ticket can be closed now.
