Integration with hugo

Any thoughts/work to integrate with hugo?

Since we can't do a simple go get to install it, because of compilation of drafter which involving CGO, etc, we can't directly integrate it with hugo.

But you can use a wrapper script to execute snowboard binary as hugo plugin or something like that.
