would be great to have such items to freeze (others) the pokémon when trying to catch. The reason is when a Pokémon is frozen, it makes way easier to catch them. (algorithm to catch pokemon options)
maybe every time trainer tries to catch a pokémon, they earn a random item(?)
also would be nice because trainer can sell the item to earn extra money to buy Pokéballs and stuffs. — (ref: #22)
